Tao Te Ching says: Tao is great, heaven is great, earth is great, and man is also great; there are four regions, one of which is human settlement; man follows earth, earth follows heaven, heaven follows Tao, and Tao follows nature.

As there is no punctuation mark in the original text of Tao Te Ching written by Lao Tzu, all punctuation marks are added by later generations. I find that this sentence, moving punctuation mark forward one word, is more in line with Lao Tzu's thought of Taoism following Yin and Yang, and also in line with Yangming's theory of mind: mind is reason, there is nothing outside mind, and there is no reason outside mind.

That is: "Tao, heaven, earth, adults, also big domain; there are four big, one of the habitat. Yan people, law, law every day, law, law of nature Road! Heaven, earth, people, region! People should follow the law of the tunnel, the law of heaven, the law of Tao, the law of nature!

Why is there nothing outside the heart? This means that we all look at it subjectively, not objectively (everyone is real and objective, let alone arrogant).

Let's give an example to prove: look at two cups. The cup in the eyes of normal people is as follows:

Normal eyes can distinguish red from green.

The cup in the eyes of green color blindness is as follows:

Green color blindness, can't see green,

The cup in the eyes of red color blindness is as follows:

Red color blindness, can't see red

The cup in the eyes of severe color blindness is as follows:

Very serious color blindness, almost no color can be seen.

The cup in the eyes of the blind man is as follows:

Blind people can't see light. They can't even see white.

This is just a few examples of the most common sense people. As you can see, there is a huge difference between the eyes of normal people and color blind people. In the eyes of blind people, it seems like nothing. This is because color is just the image formed in the brain after light is reflected into the eyes (red, yellow and green) and decoded,

The size (width 8 cm), height (12 cm), thickness (0.8 cm), distance (1 meter), number (2), color (red, green) and material (ceramic) of the cup are all imaged by human eyes in the brain,

It's a virtual image! It's a virtual image! It's a virtual image!

Important things have to be said three times.

Even the term "Cup" is defined by people. It's just for the convenience of communication. Don't you believe it?

Can't I use it to mash garlic for ginger? Can't I use it as a flowerpot? Can I clean it for cupping? Can't I make a nest for a pudding hamster? Don't I make dolls, toys and play with them? Can't I make a lid for a thermos or something?

The use has changed, and the name has naturally changed. It's just a name. Don't be too serious.

Frankly speaking, the cup is inseparable from personal observation and measurement. Without observation and measurement, it is a nameless, indescribable and vague object that is integrated with everything around it.

But the results of observation and measurement only meet the standards of some people, not all people, because there is no general way to let everyone's vision, color sense, hearing, smell, taste, touch! Feeling, three views are all the same. People are not robots. They have generality and individuality! So!

Material reality is a "mirror" (for example, it is indeed similar to the "mirror" we usually look at)

When you look in the mirror and see "your brow is frowning", you will not make the mirror "smile", which is obviously impossible. You will grin because you know that the problem lies in yourself. You will never knock down the mirror until you make it smile.

So you can't control everything from the outside

It's about changing your inner thoughts, so the external reality can't be changed. It's just that there is some "time difference" with "looking in the mirror".

Because it takes a certain process and time for things to happen and develop,

Even if you just take a picture of a cup on your mobile phone, it's so easy for you to pay and wait for the goods to be received. In fact? On the manufacturer's side: when the factory receives orders, it needs to purchase raw materials, streamline production, (of course, it can also prepare some inventory), packaging, delivery, courier pick-up, delivery, logistics and so on. People are busy all the time. It can be seen that a small cup needs so many people to participate in the creation, so the creation of anything takes time.

So when your heart starts to change,

The same thing may happen again as before. You will feel disappointed and fall into the inner struggle state of self blame, self doubt and self devaluation,

"I've changed, OK? Why do you have this bad luck again? I'm sick of it .

That's the problem. Two little people in your head are fighting,

This is the same negative way to deal with things. It only happens inside you. Emotion is the unity of knowledge and action. I'm sorry to tell you that most people understand that the unity of knowledge and action is wrong.

I don't know where I really go, just unknown! It's just being cut off by idle thoughts and miscellaneous desires!

There is no reason to change the external situation. "The mirror will only reflect your heart. It provides you with the opportunity to test yourself and improve yourself. Wang Yangming has always emphasized practice on things. If I can't do it, I certainly don't really know. I really know I can't do it. It's so simple, practical and rude! The physical reality is just a "reflection image"

It is just a "illusion", it is necessary, you need to know yourself through it, to check yourself!

You look in the mirror

If you see your "frown", you can say:

"Wow! I don't like being depressed and nervous! I prefer to smile

So, you smile because you like it

Then, the mirror has no choice but to show your smiling face

If you set conditions, for example:

"The mirror will smile before I smile!" "Only when my situation changes first can I face it happily and deal with it with a smile!"

The mirror principle doesn't work like this! And mainly
